| tank
|
The tank will be a manufactured from 3CR12 stainless steel, 3.0mm shell & 4.5mm ends. The tank will have a 3000L
capacity and will be of elliptical design. The tank will be fitted with a manual manhole cover/vent combination. This
will be situated in the forward of the tank, with a platform centrally mounted. Baffles will be suitable positioned to
minimize water surge during travel. A water level gauge will be provided on the tank.

| hose & brackets

Brackets for the 2-off 3.0m long suction hoses will be provided. Supply 2-off 3.0mm suctions hoses complete with
strainer.

| hose & reels
|
2-off 30m - 25mm diam. x 2.0mm wire braided hoses fitted to hose reels. A reel mounted to each side of the vehicle
behind the rear axle.

| cladding
|
The side of the unit will be clad with 1.2mm Aluminium sheeting. The cladding is attached to an Aluminium tubular
frame securely fastened to the body subframe.
Aluminium roller shutter doors will be provided for side access to the tank.

2-off compartments for the storage of the apparatus will provided to the side of the vehicle, ahead of the rear
wheels. All compartments constructed from Aluminium.

| rear platform
|
A rear platform will be provided complete with access steps, railings and non-slip checker plate floor.
Provision is made for the portable pumps on the rear platform.

| mudguards
|
Mudguards and mudflaps fitted to rear wheels to SABS specification.
|
| painting
|
The body & tank will be cleaned, primed and finished in 2K paint to the specified colour.
|
| reflective tape
|
Reflective tape fitted to the sides and rear of the vehicle to SABS specification.
